Senior Software Developer

Location: London (Once Per Week in Office)

Salary: Up to £120,000 + Benefits

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on Coding: Solve complex problems with an emphasis on defensive programming and performance.
  • Solution Design: Develop technical solutions for significant product features and initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineers, product managers, and designers to build and enhance features.

What You'll Do:

  • Problem Solving: Create robust technical solutions and take initiative in projects.
  • Continuous Delivery: Own your code from development to production, ensuring reliable and scalable deployment.
  • Mentorship: Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Need:

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Python, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Aiohttp, FastAPI).
  • Cloud and DevOps Experience: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and PostgreSQL.
  • Industrial Experience: At least 5 years of software engineering experience and proficiency in multiple programming languages.
