OVERVIEW

At Harnham we're working with a leading UK fintech who are looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to their London-based team.

They have grown quickly over the last few years and have a strong tech team from a variety of different backgrounds.

There is a fast-paced and fun culture that prioritises getting stuff done! There is a flat structure and everyone is encouraged to contribute and lead, as well as bring a passion for helping to build great products.

The company helps provide SMEs with an AI-powered means to tackling a range of complex business problems, from accounting to tax to financing.

Collaborating closely with a strong group of engineers and developers to disrupt an industry and help the business scale at pace.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in a Software Engineering role
  • Strong skills in building complex backend systems
  • Expert programming in Python or Go
  • Cloud experience in GCP
  • Kubernetes to run microservices (GKE)
  • RabbitMQ
  • PostgreSQL
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field


SALARY

In this role you could earn up to £120,000 + benefits.

OTHER

  • 1x day per week in office (London)
  • Interview process is 3 stages including 2x technical stages
