Senior Commercial Property Solicitor – Chester

The Role:
You’ll be working on a broad range of commercial property matters, predominantly including:
  • Leases & Lease Renewals – acting for both landlords and tenants
  • Sale & Purchase of Commercial property building.
You’ll be part of a supportive team, working closely with clients and enjoying real career growth opportunities within a firm that values progression.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years PQE with solid commercial property experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage your own caseload
  • Confident in handling lease negotiations, renewals, and property transactions

  • Ambitious, proactive, and looking for a role with genuine career progression
