If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity to join our clients exciting culinary team as our new Senior Sous Chef.

In this role, you'll:
  • Work together with the Head Chef, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen in their absence.
  • Lead by example, motivating and mentoring junior chefs to reach their full potential.
  • Maintain the high standards of quality and consistency that the restaurant is known for.
  • Contribute to menu development, putting your creative stamp on culinary offerings.
  • Oversee inventory management and cost control measures.
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has previous experience in a senior kitchen role.
  • Possesses exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Has a deep understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is passionate about creating exceptional food experiences for our guests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A competitive salary of £38k pa for a 45-48 hour working week.
