The Opportunity: We are searching for a passionate and committed individual with proven spraying and tractor driving experience, to join a small and highly professional, dedicated team. Operating from our client's farm in the West Midlands, the Sprayer Operator will be responsible for all spraying operations undertaken on this mixed cereal rotation farm. With a strong work ethic, you will take pride in your work and ensure it is delivered to the highest standards whilst complying with safety regulations.

The Company: A privately owned, successful large arable farming enterprise. A company that heavily invests into machinery to ensure employees have the best possible equipment available.

Role Responsibilities:

  • To undertake all spaying operations, operating equipment competently and efficiently to ensure high productivity
  • To maintain accurate records of chemicals used, applications, and rates etc
  • To follow all farm safety protocols
  • To perform routine sprayer and tractor maintenance to ensure it is always in good working order
  • To undertake routine tractor duties, fertilising, cultivations and forklift truck work

Skills you will need:
Essential:

  • Proven experience of tractor driving and spraying
  • PA1 and PA2 qualifications
  • Good routine workshops skills
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated
  • A team player with a 'can-do’ attitude
  • Conscientious with a sense of personal pride in the work undertaken
  • UK driving licence

Remuneration:An attractive salary and package including a 4-bed farm cottage (if required) for the successful candidate.
