Senior Support Worker
We have a new exciting role for a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Chorley, Lancashire
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to work at our supported living service for adults with a learning disability, physical needs and support needs. The role will be to provide consistent, positive support. Each person holds their own tenancy and is supported to achieve independence and outcome-focused goals within their own person centred plan.
Senior Support Worker Duties:
- To ensure that all of our service users receive high quality, individualised, person-centered support
- To provide mentorship; support; guidance for the staff team working within the service
- To develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and to encourage them to express their needs, views and concerns
- Support the management of service delivery, effectively meeting the needs of the service users
- You will be required to work in a flexible manner which may include working evenings and weekends
