Halcyon HSC are working with a care provider that specialises in support for adults and young people with autism, learning disabilities and mental health issues.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a young, dynamic, and growing care provider with an excellent reputation for providing a fresh and new outlook within the health care sector.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Support worker/support worker who is pasionate about their work and wishes to progress their career in the health care sector.

What we are looking for in our Senior Support Worker:

  • You must have experience in similar settings and be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully achieving a supportive and hands on leadership role.
  • Work together with individuals to encourage and follow their bespoke support packages.
  • Have or be working towards Level 3 NVQ Health and Social Care qualification.
  • Must be a driver
