Reed Health & Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Support Worker to come and join one of our well-established clients based in South Lanarkshire.
This is a full time, permanent position working 37 hours per week.
The salary from this role is £32,000 - £35,871 depending on experience.
What the roles involves?
• Leading a team of dedicated Support Workers to provide a high-quality service
• Coach and mentor the staff team to ensure they perform to the best of their ability
• Working closely with families and agencies to implement and develop support plans for individuals
• To be involved with the recruitment of new staff
• Providing support to the team as and when they need it
What we are looking for?
• Experience within a Senior, Team Leader or Management role
• SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care and Leadership Management for Care Services
• Must have a full UK driver’s license due to location of service
• Strong communication and listening skills
• A passion for caring for vulnerable people
• Commitment and reliability
• PC Literate
