We are searching for an experienced Systems Design Engineer to join the Air division of one of the world's largest Aerospace & Defence organisations globally, from their office in Warton.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting customer engagement, capturing user and system requirements.
* Develop architectures and assess concept options for the Information System.
* Generate detailed system specifications.
* Identify technologies needed to deliver information system solutions.
* Assisting in authoring strategies & plans for the design, development, test, qualification, certification, and implementation of information systems.
* Giving input on technical reviews, design reviews and gate reviews.
Experience Required:
* Developing Information System architectures and specifications
* Requirements Engineering, Solution Design, Integration, Verification & Validation, Test & Qualification
* Desirable: Knowledge of MBSE and relevant tools: CAMEO, MooD, UML/SysML, MagicGrid, DOORS, NAF, MODAF, TOGAF etc
