Seeking a Senior Talent, Learning & Development Partner for a large complex organisation within the FMCG/Retail sector. The role will work with senior leadership to spearhead a dynamic learning strategy aligned with the business objectives and people plan. The role will assume responsibility for all talent and learning priorities to drive organisational performance across the business.

This will include:

  • Utilising a commercial mindset and deep expertise within talent & learning to identify and prioritise key needs in this space and work with senior business leaders to execute and implement talent & learning initiatives.
  • Drive and communicate Learning strategy and plans, supporting the effective launch of new learning solutions, driving awareness and engagement, leveraging data and insights to share progress and feedback.
  • Leverage Talent Centre of Expertise (CoE) tools to identify, develop and move talent within the business, and provide business insights into the Talent CoE to support talent discussions and decisions
  • Work in collaboration with peers in Talent to ensure the best solutions are designed and deployed to meet critical priorities across leadership, behavioural and technical competencies and drive performance.
  • Foster a deep learning culture within the business and be the advocate for learning as a strategic level of remarkable business and personal growth.

Experience:

  • Experience of working as a learning /development partner within a complex organisation ideally within the FMCG/Retail sectors
  • Deep understanding of learning and development best practices
  • Facilitator experience at senior team level (team and individual) both face to face and virtual
  • Experience in leadership, behavioural and technical competency development
  • Demonstrable ability to handle multiple projects with ambitious deadlines
  • Demonstrable evidence of being a proactive, solutions focused innovator creating new development initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop, validate and produce reports/user guidance notes relevant for specific audiences
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
