Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to join our team in a 360 role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT/Tech/Digital recruitment and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will work autonomously, utilising a variety of recruitment tools and products to deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to offering and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Utilise a variety of recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless service and candidate placement.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment and employment laws and regulations.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, specifically within IT/Tech/Digital sectors.
• Demonstrable track record of billings over £150,000 per year.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
