£65,000 - £70,000 basic salary : £100,000 On target earnings - uncapped - with 6K car allowance.

You must be technically technical and/or formally qualified with a passion for growth and business development and team management!

Developing growth in the Southeast (Currently 80% of customer based inside the M25)
Genuine growth ambitions - people centric company culture with emphasis on exceptional customer experience.
Own and control the business development, account potential, analyse growth opportunities, and manage motivate and hold accountable a small Business Development Team.
80% Man management and strategy creation and execution 20% Business Development sales.

Are you a B2b, technical sales, Business development focussed sales professional with experience of developing and executing a sales strategy?
As an ideal candidate you will have strong synergy with the above, and ideally a mechanical engineering qualification or technical experience, drive and energy.

The Role - Company - Expectation:

A role for a technical (mechanical) senior sales manager with excellent leadership skills, who is hands on and still wants to sell and develop business.
You must have previous experience working in an SME. An understanding of a non-corporate environment and a passion for this size of business.
Strategic sales experience is essential - Facilitating growth and implementing management and performance processes without upsetting the apple cart is critical.
Your team will be experienced technical sales / BDMs based in the Southeast.
You will be selling pump and engineering solutions and services into facilities management companies (mainly) - delivering engineering projects.
A rewarding culture and environment with a lot of potential awaits you.

You will provide leadership and direction and report key metrics to the General Manager and the leadership team.

Ideally you will be able to be office based once a week or twice every two weeks. This is home based and field based and very pro-active.
You must be happy to sell yourself with a small target, lead by example and win hearts and minds and take people on a journey!
Bonus Experience - Understanding/experience or contacts within the facilities management sector in the South East
Bonus Experience - Degree in mechanical engineering or relevant qualification.
Bonus Experience - Any technical understanding or experience in pumps.
NOTE: Drive and personality and energy and communication skills to execute this role and drive growth organically is essential!
