Senior Test Technician

Excitingly, this business is involved throughout the entire product development process from inception to mass production, and the Senior Test Technician is a crucial role within the team.

Working in a highly skilled team of world-class technologists, this role will be:

- Co-ordinating and collaborating across teams, to ensure the efficient use of the test room on a day to day basis

- Assisting in the installation, commissioning, upgrading and development of systems

- Building and maintaining rigs including electrical wiring, plumbing and mechanical assembly

- Assisting with troubleshooting and general debug of test room related issues

- Maintaining the test room environment and safety standards

- Maintaining storage of test pieces and equipment

- Monitoring rig utilization

- Working with other teams to define and implement processes in the test room

We're looking for someone who has experience in building, commissioning and maintaining electromechanical systems along with:

- Electronics (wiring/PCB's/ESD conditions) experience

- Experience of working in a test laboratory setting

- Being organized and having excellent attention to detail

- Experience of health and safety processes

- Experience of continuous improvement processes
