cer Financial are working alongside a Financial Holdings company who are based in the City of London. They are seeking a Senior Trader of Global Trading and Investment to work with them on a permanent basis.

The responsibilities of a Senior Trader of Global Trading and Investment will include:

• To execute financial instruments between the Company and brokers. Prop Trading shall be executed and settled by the own account under a discretionary mandate and relevant instructions within a limited trading capacity.
• To execute financial instruments between the Company and brokers. The Brokerage Services shall be executed and settled by the own account under a firm mandate and relevant instructions.
• To analyse financial/market information and determining market sentiment via research, valuation and data analysis.
• To share all relevant information with colleagues within the front office of the Company so as to maximise business flows within the compliance limits.
• To provide assistance to your Supervisor.

The successful Senior Trader of Global Trading and Investment will have:

• Graduate preferred, but skills may override.
• Good understanding and knowledge of European economy and markets and working experience in the field.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Computer literate (PC, Excel, Word, Internet and Bloomberg).
