Your new role
As Senior Treasury Manager, will be to lead the Treasury Team. This role involves managing Group cash management, forecasting, foreign exchange dealing, and banking relationships.

• Liquidity & Cash Management: Ensure the Group meets its liabilities, optimise cash usage, and oversee investments. Manage cash forecasting and extraction of trapped cash globally.
• Foreign Exchange Risk Dealing: Monitor currency positions and manage FX dealing activities. Collaborate with commercial teams to manage FX risk for new contracts.
• Banking Relationships & Funding Management: Maintain relationships with banks, manage credit facilities, and ensure covenant compliance.
• Risk Management: Mitigate risks related to credit, market, and FX exposures.
• Systems & Process Improvement: Oversee the Treasury Management System (Kyriba) for process automation and improvement.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide ad hoc reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Controls & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Treasury Policies and manage bank account operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Accountant with international treasury experience in a multinational company. AMCT qualifications are desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, ERP (Oracle JD Edwards), and Treasury Management systems (Kyriba).
• Strong knowledge of FX accounting practices and consolidation processes.
• Excellent numerical and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong people management and analytical skills.
