Your future employer is offering an excellent opportunity to join their growing business as a Senior Vending Merchandiser. The position is Monday to Friday only, and offers a basic salary of up to £33,000, in addition to benefits such as a company vehicle, phone, tablet, fuel card, etc.

Due to the nature of the position, previous experience as a vending merchandiser/operator is essential, along with a professional approach to customer service and experience.

Duties of the Senior Vending Merchandiser:

  • Cleaning and replenishing coffee and vending machines in a specified area
  • Ensuring that equipment hygiene and cleanliness meet company standards
  • Providing holiday and absence cover for other field operators
  • Effectively merchandising goods to maximize sales
  • Ensuring vending machines are in good working order, conducting minor fault repairs, and reporting all technical faults
  • Cashing up vending machines and reporting on collected cash
  • Providing personalized customer service, building rapport and relationships
  • Following a planned route schedule provided by the office team

Required experience for the Senior Vending Merchandiser:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar vending role
  • Full UK driver's license
  • Previous customer service experience

Previous vending experience is essential for consideration for this position due to the role's nature. Ideal previous roles would include: Vending operator, vending route relief, vending merchandiser, service representative, etc.
