This role calls for a Senior Warehouse Automation Solutions Manager with a keen eye for detail, responsible for directing, organising and controlling automation and innovation related activities within the warehouse solutions team of a leading national 3rd party logistics provider based in the Midlands.

Description

• Direct, design, organise Warehouse automation-related activities within the solutions design and innovation team.
• Develop strategies to enhance overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure all warehouse automation solutions are executed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor automation systems to ensure optimum performance.
• Generate and present regular reports on warehouse automation performance.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse environment.
• Stay updated with latest technologies in warehouse automation and logistics.

Profile

A successful Senior Warehouse Automation Solutions Manager should have:

• A degree in Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse automation in the 3rd Party logistics sector.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD, CLASS or Sketch up.
• Proficiency in using excel, Access, Powerbi for data analysis.

Job Offer
