Are you a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding Coordinator looking to join a vibrant team? As a key member of the Events department, you will play an integral role in helping couples plan one of the most significant days of their lives—their wedding!

The Role:

  • Assist clients with every stage of wedding planning, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to organize the logistics.
  • Ensure every detail is managed to perfection, from the initial consultation to the final execution of the event.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, anticipating their needs and providing creative solutions.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and wedding day itineraries with precision and accuracy

The right person:

  • Previous experience in event coordination and the hospitality sector.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for weddings and events.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to think creatively in high-pressure situations.
  • Previous experience in wedding or event coordination is a plus.
