Due to continued expansion, our engineering clients are looking for a Service Administrator to join their Coventry Service Department.

This is an opportunity for a driven, decisive individual to make an impact in a vital team within the company. This is an exciting, varied role where you will be assisting the service contracts manager to price contract enquiries, contact suppliers along with the allocation of service and call-out jobs to engineers. Supporting with the management of remote monitoring software and service database management and analysis.

Applications from enthusiastic individuals who have strong organisation, communications and a can do attitude along with high level of Microsoft office are welcomed.

Duties

  • Pricing existing and new service contract enquiries
  • Service database administration
  • Service work/breakdown analysis
  • Liaise with stores & the rest of the administration/service department
  • Deal with email and customer queries
  • To cover for other areas during holiday periods

Requirements of this role

  • Excellent IT skills in all Microsoft Office Packages including Word and Excel
  • Lots of initiative
  • Great organisational skills
  • Confident decision-making ability
  • Target Driven
  • Problem solving skills
  • Must be able to commute to Coventry
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • The minimum entry requirements are A Levels or equivalent.

This Is a full-time, office based position offering £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year.

Benefits
Initial 22 days holiday per annum increasing to 24 + bank holidays
Monday to Friday, Hours 8-30 am to 4-30 pm Monday to Thursday and to 4 pm Friday
