We are currently recruiting for Service Administrator in Saltaire, Shipley. The role is hybrid working 30hrs hours, Monday to Friday, with the right candidate starting ASAP. The duration of the position is initially for 3 months, with the potential for extension.

This is a band 3 position paying £11.66 per hour.

The main duties will reverberate around providing admin support for healthcare professionals. This will involve:

  • Clinical Administration within Clinical record systems (appointment booking, record keeping, waiting list maintenance, adding referrals etc.)
  • Undertake planned and unplanned work activities as assigned by Team Supervisor
  • General office duties (Letter typing, photocopying, filing, ordering, support with office stock control, scanning, post etc.)
  • Booking interpreters or booking transport
  • Effective diary management
  • Meeting arrangements and support
  • Dictation / Audio Typing
  • Copy Typing of assessment reports
  • Minute taking

Skills required

  • Business admin qualification
  • Experience of audio typing/digital

dictation (e.g. BigHand)

  • NHS experience
  • Excellent Microsoft package skills
  • Sharepoint
  • Hornbill & Health Roster
