Meridian Business Support are delighted to be working with one of the UKs largest independent 4x4 dealerships to recruit a Service Administrator in Chelmsford.

Our client has been established for over 50 years and offers in excess of 2000 premium vehicles for sale at their state-of-the-art multi-floor showroom.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist workshop controllers with the daily running and organisation of the workshop
  • Maintain a steady flow of digital job packs and load into workshop diary
  • Daily invoicing of completed jobs
  • Upload digital service history to relevant manufacturer online portals
  • Push lines for vehicle preparation as requested by the sales department
  • Check and maintain company reports
  • Maintain payment records and conduct all relevant file checks
  • General support to the service team
  • Any other duties as instructed by management
Person Specification
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Keyloop, Kerridge, CDK,  Drive
  • Previous experience within an Administrator / Service Advisor role in a dealership
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills to deal with a large administration workload
  • Friendly expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible approach to work duties with a willingness to learn
Hours - Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00
