Are you a natural organiser with a can-do attitude and a love for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're on the lookout for a Service & Planning Administrator to become the backbone of our busy Service Department.
Reporting to the Service Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in making sure our engineers, projects, and processes all run like a well-oiled machine. No two days are the same—one minute you’ll be coordinating field engineers, the next you’re processing warranties or fine-tuning reports in the CRM system.

What You’ll Be Doing: Keeping on top of open jobs and essential paperwork Producing official Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) certifications Scheduling LOLER inspections and managing compliance paperwork Coordinating external service engineers and road jobs Processing invoices, repair & maintenance contracts, and warranty claims Supporting ongoing system improvements with Epicor and digital reporting tools Assisting with internal projects and supporting the wider After Sales team Filing, reporting, and handling general admin duties with efficiency and care
What We’re Looking For: Super-organised and detail-oriented—you love a tidy system and a ticking to-do list Comfortable juggling tasks and switching gears when needed Great communication skills—friendly, clear, and confident Tech-savvy with experience using systems like Epicor (or quick to learn) A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment
