Our client, a well-established and respected business in Hereford, is seeking an organised and proactive Site Services Support Controller to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy engineering team, playing a key role in scheduling and coordinating planned maintenance, reactive works, and projects. You'll be the crucial link between engineers, customers, and suppliers – ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The Role:
Plan and schedule engineers’ work up to 4 weeks in advance
Raise service orders, order parts, and manage equipment logistics
Manage maintenance, repairs, and projects
Act as the first point of contact for engineers and customers
Assist with purchase orders and month-end invoicing
The Ideal Candidate:
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
