Service Administrator

T2M are currently recruiting a Service Administrator to join a leading engineering services business who provide maintenance, repair and installation services.

This would be suited to someone experienced in supporting service department activities with a good understanding of how they operate.

Key Responsibilities of a Service Administrator

  • Provide flexible support to the team, including but not limited to…
    • Scheduling engineer visits.
    • Reviewing and sending out service reports to customers.
    • Uploading reports to customer portals.
    • Responding to incoming emails and calls and providing support to management.
  • Act as a point of contact within the company liaising between internal teams and customers at all levels.
  • Undertake general administration duties relevant to your position including data entry and responding to emails and telephone calls.

Requirements to be successful as a Service Administrator

  • Experience working within a Service Support/Admistrative type Position.
  • Experience in using Business Management systems.
  • Customer focussed and commercially aware.
  • Exceptional communication skills both in person and on the phone.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.

This is a permanent position working for a company that provide engineering services for M&E systems all across the UK. You would be based from the companies office in Redditch, and could earn a salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience level.
