Job Title: Service Adoption Manager

Location: London (hybrid, 3 days on-site)

Rate: £650 - £720 per day (inside IR35)

Duration: 6 months

Tec Partners are working with a world-leading technology client who are currently looking for an experienced Service Adoption Manager, with a strong background in managing complex IT and business application adoption initiatives, to work on an upcoming customer assignment. As Service Adoption Manager, you will champion software and business application adoption, overseeing strategy & planning, project management, training & support, change management and stakeholder engagement.

What they are looking for:

  • IT Project and Change Management experience, with focus on software and business application adoption
  • Proven track record delivering complex, global IT and business application adoption
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products and services, and other business applications (e.g. CRM, ERP systems)
