Service Advisor (Automotive)

Service Advisor Wanted!!

Salary £30K - £32k + Bonus

Location: Crawley

Our client is a reputable and customer-focused dealership known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service, are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join their team. If you have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service and a strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide friendly and professional service throughout their visit.
• Vehicle Assessment: Conduct preliminary inspections of vehicles, review technician reports, and accurately diagnose issues.
• Service Recommendations: Recommend necessary repairs and maintenance to customers, providing detailed explanations and estimates for cost and time
• Scheduling: Coordinate service appointments and efficiently manage the service bays to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain open and clear communication with customers, service technicians, and parts department to ensure a smooth and transparent service process.
• Accurately document all service-related information and maintain organized records.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive service centre is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and aftersales processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Dealer Management Software is a plus.
