The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for Permanent Service Advisors for our client based in Aberdeen to start immediately.

Pay rate: £27,500 - £29,000 Per Annual and OTE up to £40,000

Location: Aberdeen

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 1pm

Job Duties

  • Meeting and Greeting customers
  • Handle inbound and outbound bookings for service and vehicle repairs
  • Agree and fulfil a contact plan with every customer to keep them informed throughout the day of the progress of their vehicle, utilising phone, text and email facilities
  • Provide a thorough and accurate explanation of all additional work recommended and accurate solutions
  • Liaising with workshop and bodyshop to progress work through the system
  • Handling customer feedback and complaints and ensuring them we can solve any issue
  • Maintaining customer database and records accurately

What we are looking for

  • Current experience working as a Service Advisor or experience working in a similar role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Target driven
  • Excellent communication skills and warm telephone manner
  • Ability to multi-task within a busy environment
  • A passion for great customer service and the confidence to resolve any issues that may arise efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Computer literate
