Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm with ½ an hour unpaid lunch

Every third Saturday mornings 8.00 am to 12 noon. 

Salary:

Competitive rate of pay depending on experience.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service Team to deliver a high standard of service to all our customers.  You will be a key member at the heart of our operation.   

This is a busy hands-on role, which offers wide range of duties such as:

  • Planning of schedule servicing
  • MOT bookings
  • Job creation
  • Obtaining and updating of order numbers
  • Liaise with workshop control to notify of work arriving and waiting to be commenced. 

You must have an excellent telephone manner and computer skills, experience in the automotive industry is preferred by not essential. You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry. Full training will be given.

The successful candidate will be working within and alongside the Service and Parts Teams.  As the role could be customer facing, company uniform will be provided.
