Job Title: Service and Planning Administrator

Duration: Permanent Contract, office based

Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday - early finish on Fridays at 4pm.

We are working with our well-established client to source a Service and Planning Administrator to join their team.

The role requires a candidate a passion for Customer Services with a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and an ability to work on their own initiative.

Responsibilities

· Chasing open jobs and paperwork

· Assisting with phone calls

· Producing LV & HV certificates

· Arranging collection of vehicles and their associated record details

· Processing all jobs for invoicing

· Processing Repair & Maintenance contracts

· Populating yearly planner for the External Service Engineers

· Raising Engineer job sheets

· Co-ordination of sub-contract work

· Assist with the planning of internal projects

· Other ad-hoc duties as required by the team
