Service Assistant

Are you an experienced Service Assistant/Administrator? Do you consider yourself to be proactive and an asset to a busy team? Are you based in or around Port Talbot?
We have an initially temporary Service Assistant/Administrator role available within TATA Steel, in Port Talbot . This role is ideal for someone who has experience working in a fast-paced environment who holds strong administration background!

Service Assistant - Hybrid
Location: ATCE Building, Opposite AGO Building Port Talbot Steelworks, SA13 2NG
Hours: The hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:45pm and Friday 8:30am - 3:45pm working 36.5 hours a week.
Hybrid days: Monday - Thursday working in the Office | Friday - Working from home
Salary: £23,277pa
Duration: 3 months only
Holidays: 35 days including bank holidays

The role is an admin based role which incorporates arranging interviews with candidates, scheduling and aligning with line managers along with admin duties such as completing references, sorting mail, completing letter templates and a weekly audit of work.
