My client is a fast growing Property company based in offices in Sheffield city centre. They are looking to recruit an experienced serivce charge accountant to deal with all aspects of finance. The role is varied and would suit someone who is happy working in medium sized business and used to dealing with all aspects of finance. Whilst experience of working in property is ideal, it is not essential for this role and full training will be given. This role could be ideal for an indivdual currently working in practice and looking to make the move into industry.

Key areas of Responsibility Include:Preparation of monthly accounts up to trial balance level Quarterly VAT reporting Reviewing service charge reconciliations Rent reconciliation and payment Management of a finance assistant Knoweldge of QUBE and Xero would be ideal but not essential Dealing with ad hoc tasks as requested by the Directors
The PersonYou will have a proven track record in an all round role in accounts either within industry or practice and be looking to continue this. Qualification is not essential for this role and applications are welcomed for indiviuals who are qualified by experience. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30 pm and free car parkiing Excellent working environment for the right individual IND51
