Working in an SME Property Management Company as their Service Charge Accountant working within a Finance team of four.

Duties include:

  • Responsibility for production of budgets
  • Responsibility for financial management
  • Responsibility for timely production of expenditure v budget reports
  • Management of financial compliance
  • Producing Payment Runs for Contractors
  • Responsibility for accuracy of Contractor ledger
  • Ownership of arrears, for a portfolio of clients
  • Reporting of arrears in monthly management meetings
  • Credit Control, liaising with occupiers/tenants directly by email and telephone relating to outstanding amounts and invoice queries
  • Prepare and issue service charge packs to occupiers/tenants when required
  • Ownership of Bank Reconciliations for a portfolio of clients
