Service Charge Coordinator
LOCATION: Weston
HOURS: 37.5, hybrid working, 2-3 days in the office
SALARY: £13.81 +holiday, £15.48ph
DURATION: 6 months+
START DATE: ASAP
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as a Project Coordinator - Service Charges at a leading housing provider across the South-West? As a vital part of the Service Charge team on a 6-month contract, you'll be providing comprehensive administration support, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the accurate and efficient allocation of service charges for our valued customers. If you have a strong finance/payments/payroll or service charge background, excellent IT skills, and a knack for detail, we want to hear from you.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure accurate service charges for customers
- 6-month contract with a possibility of extension – Immediate start available
- Experience using purchase order and invoicing systems
- Excellent level of competence in IT (Microsoft Office Suite) and record keeping
- Good level of knowledge of income and expenditure accounts and budgets
- Ability to gather and present data in an organised format
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in a finance/payments/payroll or service charge environment
