SERVICE CONTROLLER - MALLUSK 

Sleator Plant are the fastest growing plant dealership in Ireland and are part of Ballyvesey Group.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Controller, based in Mallusk.

Key Characteristics:

Highly organised, driven with natural ability to multi-task

Delegate and manage service engineer’s diaries

Passion for Customer Service

Regular interaction with customers offering service quotations

Ability to interact professionally with other departments

Raise retail service invoices promptly

Desire to exceed targets

Computer literate in MS Office, good communication skills via phone and emails, good English and Maths.

Preferred:

Previous experience in plant or motor trade

Office based - Mallusk

Experience Taking calls 

Experience booking on computer

Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8-4:30

22 + Bank Holidays 30k Annual Salary
