The Role:

Are you a Service Controller looking for a change?

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting for a prestigious client in Portsmouth seeking a Service Controller to join their high-performing aftersales team in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities Of A Service Controller:

Focus exclusively on workshop planning and daily management.

Capable of clearly explaining technical repairs to customers.

Primarily a back-of-house role with minimal customer interaction.

Assist with sales preparation for the business.

Ideal candidate will hold a technical background & ability.

Experience Required:

Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within motor trade aftersales (or a related field).

Motor trade experience is essential.

The role requires a technically minded individual with strong upselling skills.

A smart appearance is crucial for this position.

A full driving license is required.

The Package:

Salary: £28,350 basic (experience dependant)

OTE of up to £6,000 - Year 1 [Progressing to £7,500 in year 2 & £9,000 in year 3]!!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [08:00am - 18:00pm] or [7:30am - 5:30am]

(1-in-3 or 4) Saturdays per month paid as overtime!!
