Position: Service Coordinator

Location: North Manchester

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to a join a well-established company within the Security sector based in the Manchester area.

This Coordinator will be dealing with the planning and scheduling of all visits, call outs, repairs, and remedial works for engineers. They will also be liaising with clients, regarding invoices and small quotations.

This will be a key position for the company, and we will require someone who is capable of working independently and with a team.

The right person for this role will have a strong administrative background and coordinating experience preferably within the Fire or security industry. They must have experience organising Engineers. Any experience dealing with clients, invoicing and writing reports would be beneficial but is not required.

This is an office-based position, so there is no remote working.

Requirements

-              Administration background is essential for this role

-              Coordinating experience

-              Based in a commutable distance to North Manchester

-              Must be willing to work in the office as there is no remote working

-              Team player

-              Excellent communication skills

Package

-              Basic salary subject to experience level

-              Monday to Friday positions

-              Office hours 8:30am until 4pm

-              25 days holiday
