Service Coordinator required for a leading HVAC industry for over 40 years now. They specialise in commercial chillers, boilers and air conditioning. In the last 10 years, have also moved with the industry into FM services and beyond.

Service Coordinator Maternity cover - Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary up to £35,000 DOE
  • 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday working hours
  • 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Fully Remote working

Service Coordinator Maternity cover Position Overview

As the Service Coordinator you will be working fully remote.

  • Schedule London and home counties PPM visits for the Engineering division
  • Answer inbound calls from clients
  • Raising and scheduling jobs
  • Arranging engineers and subcontractors to attend works
  • Raising purchase orders

Service Coordinator Maternity cover Position Requirements

  • Experience in the HVAC and FM industry
  • Previous role held Service coordinator/Helpdesk or similar
  • Highly Adept in handling in bound calls for customer queries and service requests
  • Highly proficient in CAFM systems, MICROSOFT Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Administration responsibilities including filing, preparing documents, receipting, keeping and updating records
