Service Coordinator

UP TO £35,000 - depending on experience.

Office based - Epping area - 09:00-17:30 ( Monday- Friday)

A client of ours are expanding one of their departments and looking for a Service Coordinator, to join their fast-paced team.

You will be providing support to the engineers, liaising and booking in appointments with clients, responding to reactive call outs and ordering necessary parts.

Some of your responsibilities.

  • Managing emails and incoming calls for new jobs, emergency calls outs.
  • Logging information onto the CRM.
  • Ordering parts and equipment for jobs.
  • Issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
  • Booking appointments with clients and scheduling engineers.
  • Monitoring ongoing jobs & completing all administration.
  • Liaising with sub-contractors on booking jobs & requirements needed.
  • Producing quotes.
  • Assisting with company audits.
  • Building rapport with clients.
