T2M are currently recruiting a Service Coordinator to join a leading fire and security company. This would be suited to someone experienced in supporting service department activities with a good understanding of how they operate.

Key Responsibilities of a Service Coordinator

  • Provide flexible support to the Service Department, including but not limited to…
    • Producing service reports.
    • Producing service quotations.
    • Booking in works for engineers.
    • Responding to incoming emails and calls.
  • Act as a point of contact within the company for the service department for internal team and customers at all levels.
  • Undertake general administration duties relevant to your position including data entry and responding to emails and telephone calls.

Requirements to be successful as a Service Coordinator

  • Experience working within a Service Support Position.
  • Experience with Business Management systems (SimPRO / Job logic preferred).
  • Customer focussed and commercially aware.
  • Exceptional communication skills both in person and on the phone.
  • Ability and desire to learn the legal and regulatory compliance for the Fire Industry.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.

This is a permanent position working for a company that belong to one of the UKs leading fire and security specialists. The role will be based from the companies office in Slough with a salary of up to £27,000 available depending on experience, alongside other benefits such as private healthcare.
