Service Coordinator

Service Coordinator required for our client, a Coalville-based family run Fire & Security contractor that covers the planned and reactive maintenance of a range of fire and security systems located within commercial properties across the Midlands.

Service Coordinator Position Remuneration

• Salary £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
• Hour lunch break
• 28 day's holiday (20 days + bank holidays)
• Additional holiday days provided on a quarterly basis, based on attendance and performance (up to 5 days per year)

Due to internal progression, our client has opened up the opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator/Administrator to join their fast-paced service team, based in Coalville. The successful Service Coordinator will be working in a team of three, completing the following tasks;

• Receiving inbound calls/emails and dispatching engineers based on skill set and locations
• Providing updates to clients and customers throughout the process
• Scheduling routine servicing and maintenance visits for engineers
• Sending through job sheets and quotes to clients once works have been completed

Service Coordinator Position Requirements

• Previous experience scheduling engineers on a daily basis
• Ideally having experience from a relative industry such as Electrical, Fire Alarms, or Security systems (CCTV, Alarms, Access Control, Gates & Barriers)
• Good geographical knowledge
• Confident in using CRM software
• Based within a commutable distance of Coalville
