Reed Brighton is working with a growing technology company in East Sussex who are seeking a Service Coordinator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. This is a Monday – Friday, full time role with a salary of £27,000pa.

Main Duties:

  • To receive and log all incoming service call from customers.
  • To allocate engineering resource to ensure successful and timely completion
  • of service calls.
  • To ensure that all service calls are cleared and paperwork completed.
  • To organise engineers diaries to ensure that time is allocated productively.
  • To maintain the out of hours call-out rota for engineers and ensure that cover
  • is provided at all times
  • To maintain service contract files ensuring that all information is up to date and accurate.
  • To arrange routine maintenance visits for contract customers and ensure that these are completed on schedule.
  • To collate and file routine maintenance documentation
  • To produce quotations for the supply and/or installation of common parts.
  • To order parts as and when requested.
  • To liaise with subcontractors to arrange installation and service calls as and when required.
  • Provide feedback to end users of the days calls
  • Produce invoices for the days calls
  • Produce internal report for the day’s activity
