Service coordinator - SHEFFIELD S13

Salary £23k to £25k (depending on experience)

Hours Full time Monday to Friday (37.5) 8.30am-5.00pm

An established company that supports the wellbeing space are seeking a dedicated and organised Service Coordinator to join a dynamic & friendly team. The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation by coordinating maintenance, repairs, and customer service activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping people!

Key responsibilities:

o Handle client enquiries relating to service and repair requests of equipment.

o Working closely with the engineers to book appointments for their work.

o Organising the engineers’ calendars along with their travel routes and times.

o Use the CRM system including customer enquiry/ quotation follow ups, literature requests and general enquiries.

o Proactively contact existing customers to arrange service appointments, advise on service contracts and care packages, inform quotation prices etc.

o Ensure that data and information on the CRM system is accurate and up to date through daily housekeeping and fixed routines.

o Process departmental documentation relating to the role, such as quotations, work orders, parts orders and job sheets.

Knowledge and Experience requirements

- Previous administration experience is essential with office experience being preferred.

- Able to prioritise and organise workload effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to work in a flexible manner ensuring tasks are completed within relevant time frames.

- Good interpersonal skills and a 'can-do’ attitude.
