Service Delivery Co-Ordinator

My Telecommunications client are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. This is a Mon-Fri office based role.

The aim of this role is to support and provision all products sold to both new and existing customers while delivering excellent customer service.

This will include things such as coordinating external and internal resources, raising purchase orders and ordering materials to be sent to customers.

The successful candidate will have a positive can do attitude, strong customer service skills who is IT literate. Any project management experience would be a bonus.
