Our client is seeking someone who can demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills and has experience managing complex service delivery projects.

Responsibilities:

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving high-quality service delivery across multiple teams while ensuring that all stakeholder's expectations are met or exceeded. Your responsibilities include but not limited to,

- Performance & Absence Management
- Learning & Development
- Incident & Request Management

Qualifications:

To be considered as one of top candidates we expect,

- Minimum five year's relevant work experience required; preferably within higher education environment.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written along with strong interpersonal abilities essential

Skills Required:

The ideal candidate should possess;

* Strong analytic & problem-solving mindset combined with decision-making ability
* Proven track record on delivering large scale projects successfully
* Ability lead cross-functional teams
* Experience working directly/indirectly under ITIL framework would add advantage
* Demonstrated expertise utilising data-driven metrics approach

Salary offered £600 per day
Inside IR35
On-site 3 days per week in Central London
