Service Delivery Manager

6 month contract

Havant/Reading

Hybrid - occasional travel to the offices

£580 per day, inside IR35


Our client in the Energy industry is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team on a contract basis.

The Role

* Developing and implementing service standards and procedures for the service delivery department
* Maintaining customer relationships and improving response and delivery times
* Updating and creating service methods to improve overall efficiency
* Resolving any service problems and customer complaints
* Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management
- Routinely monitoring of audits as per policy and support in service design and innovation
- Ensuring the integrity of the service through excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

Skills Required
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and service delivery standards
* Strong leadership ability and team spirit
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Excellent organizational skills
* Problem-solving skills
* Working knowledge of relevant software packages
