Service Transition Manager, Service Designer (NPPV3+SC Cleared)

We are currently recruiting for a Service Design and Transition Manager to join a leading organisation based in London. Within this position you will working to develop service design across the portfolio and provide an assurance function, protecting the BAU estate and existing Service Management capability

Rate - £575.00 to overall assignment rate of umbrella

Location - London - hybrid working model

Duration -12 Months

Key responsibilities

  • Develop service design across the portfolio, this includes Catalogue management; Availability management; Service Level Management; Capacity Management; IT Service Continuity management; Information Security management; Supplier management.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the Service Operation is set up and in place. This includes: Event Management; Incident Management; Request fulfilment; Problem Management; Access Management. This also includes the review and setup of Service Desk
  • Provide cross supplier Incident, Problem and Change process integration
  • Working closely with the process leads ensure requirements are met for handover of service.
  • Assist in reviewing and approving the Migration Strategy.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations

Key Requirements

- Over five years as working within Service Design and Transition Management

- NPPV3 and SC Cleared

- Strong stakeholder engagement working with a variety of business leaders
