I am currently working with a global telecommunications company who are actively seeking a service designer to support in conducting a comprehensive as-is service design review.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in service design, ideally within customer onboarding or customer journey optimization.
- Strong experience in omnichannel experience design.
- Strong experience with journey mapping and service blueprinting.
- Strong experience with a range of data and analytics tools, ideally with Google analytics, adobe analytics, PowerBI or tableau.
- Extensive wireframing and prototyping experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
What you'll get in return
- Up to £600pd Umbrella.
- Initial 6-month contract with extensions.
