Office based full time

£120 per day via umbrella

My large client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to come on board within their expanding team and assist in the growth of this even further. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company that will offer you the chance to enhance your skillset and develop your experience.

As a Service Desk Analyst you will support my client by delivering an effective and efficient 1st line technical support service that resolves any IT related queries and/or incidents and recommending innovative solutions that provide your internal customers with a swift return to service.

If you have the following skills:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good knowledge of IT services delivered within a corporate environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
