Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to be based in Elland near Halifax

This role is fully on-site Monday-Friday

The contract is initially for 3 months

The successful candidate must:

  • Have a confident telephone manner
  • Have an interest in the IT Sector
  • Be able to provide first line IT support to users
  • Escalate issues when they cannot be resolved initially
  • Document all calls, issues and resolutions received by the Service Desk

Previous IT experience is advantageous but not essential
