My client are a leading Microsoft Gold Partner IT Managed Services Provider Enterprise 24x7x365 Support, Consultancy and Procurement, delivering solutions that set a high bar on reliability, security, and customer experience. Due to their ongoing success they have a requirement for a Service Desk Build Engineer.

As Service Desk Build Engineer you will be a strong business technologist with a passion for process improvement. As part of the Service Desk, you will be responsible for the provision of new users, hardware and software for our clients. The Service Desk Build Engineer will have a proven MSP background with proven technical skills in Active Directory, Autopilot, Endpoint Manager, O365, Azure, Intune. You will be configuring Active Directory accounts, populating inventory software, asset tagging equipment configuring, testing and documenting new equipment before dispatching to customers.

As we move towards a more automated world, this role would suit someone with a forward-thinking attitude, able to evaluate and review new technologies to streamline processes and drive efficiency. You will have a passion to play with technology and understand how things work with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
